One of our favorite features in this Spanish Colonial-style home is the wrought iron work on the staircases and railings. The single and double-twist spindles offer classic yet bold details that perfectly complement the home’s decor. Our client can easily access the upstairs patio using the spiral staircase situated to the side of the front entry. The convenient steps are very popular amongst guests and have become a staple of the home!
