True Performance Redesigns Staircase in Townhome Renovation

In a townhome, it’s all about maximizing the space you have. Before our team started this project, the staircase in the living room ran straight down the wall from the loft to the floor. We immediately knew we had to update the tight space and transform it into a more practical design with storage.

We replaced the previous staircase with a new one featuring ample storage below the landing and a wine closet that fits below the other side. Our team worked with Addle Concepts & Trends in New River, AZ, to install steel railings on the stairs and loft, resulting in a beautiful, strong, and functional finished product!
