Meet Ashley Dishon, one of our incredible Vice Presidents who has been a vital part of True Performance for the last 19 years!

Throughout her time with us, Ashley has taken on numerous roles and responsibilities, consistently demonstrating her dedication and expertise. Her favorite part about True Performance is working alongside hardworking, family-oriented people who are passionate about what they do.

Ashley says it best: “We go above and beyond and care about our clients. We want them to be happy and walk into their space, whether it’s residential or commercial, and feel great about it. It’s important for us to give our clients a great experience. We view them as lifelong partners and are there for them even after the project is finished.”
