Entry Hall Shows Off Home’s Oak Herringbone Floors

From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re hit with character and style.

“The place had great bones and beautiful grounds,” says Steve Watson, who oversaw the rebuild. “Tying those two together was what we were after.”

The owners decided to keep the original oak herringbone floors but still wanted to lighten the area. The floor was stripped, sanded, and stained a warm honey color to complement the Tuscan-plastered walls done by Saguaro Drywall.
