Say hello to Cathy Kowal, True Performance’s talented Designer and Coordinator!

Cathy has been a vital part of our company for over 15 years. She’s earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Arizona, with a background in Architecture, Land Planning, and Landscape Design. Cathy also has a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certificate under her belt. This is a globally recognized exam and the highest standard an Interior Designer can earn.

The Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ) is responsible for creating and overseeing the NCIDQ Exam. NCIDQ Certification is the industry’s recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and a designer’s commitment to the profession.

When we asked Cathy about her favorite part of working at True Performance, she shared that she enjoys working with her team and different clients. She loves using her creativity and bringing her client’s vision to life through her designs.

Cathy loves cooking, spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, and hiking in her free time!
