Team Spotlight: Cathy Kowal, Designer & Coordinator

Ever wondered who the mind is behind our custom home designs? Meet Cathy Kowal, True Performance’s talented Designer and Coordinator! Cathy has been a vital member of True Performance for over 17 years. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Arizona and has a background in Architecture, Land Planning, and Landscape Design. She also boasts a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certificate, the highest standard an interior designer can achieve globally. Cathy’s favorite part about working at True Performance is collaborating with her team and clients. She loves using her creativity and bringing her client’s vision to life through her designs. We are grateful to have Cathy on our team, turning dreams into reality one design at a time!
